COSMETIC BONDING

Problem: teeth that are chipped, cracked, misaligned, or discolored.
Procedure: A plastic putty-like resin is used to rebuild the teeth and make them look natural.

Durability: Usually 3-5 years before needing touch-up for wear or discoloration.

After preparation of the tooth, a composite resin is applied and shaped to fill in chips or to correct other problems. Teeth can be reshaped, spaces can be filled in, and your mouth can be transformed into a beautiful smile. The resin is exposed to a bonding light that dries and hardens it.  Then the tooth is smoothed and polished.
